The invention discloses a hanging type anti-impact structure of a basement outer wall waterproof protection layer and a construction method thereof. The hanging type anti-impact structure comprises a supporting structure, a hanging bracket and an anti-impact plate. The supporting structures are arranged on the outer side of the outer wall of the basement body in parallel at intervals, and gaps are reserved between the supporting structures and the basement body. The hanging bracket is horizontally arranged between the supporting structure and the top of the basement body, one end of the hanging bracket is lapped on the top of the basement body, and the other end of the hanging bracket is lapped on the top of the supporting structure; a first cushion block is cushioned between the hanging bracket and the supporting structure, and a second cushion block is cushioned between the hanging bracket and the basement main body; the anti-impact plate is hung below the hanging bracket through a sling, and the anti-impact plate is located on the outer side of the waterproof structure protection layer; the slings are connected to the top of the anti-impact plate at intervals in the long axial direction of the anti-impact plate; and the sling is detachably connected with the hanging bracket. The technical problem that a traditional construction mode cannot meet the protection effect on the waterproof roll during impact of earthwork dumping is solved.
