The invention relates to a water supply pump station dredging method without cutting off water. The method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) installing a float blocking device at a buried culvert water outlet of a forebay of a water supply pump station; (2) mounting a sludge conveying device at the bottom of the forebay of the water supply pump station along the water flow direction, and mounting a desilting device at the tail end of the sludge conveying device; (3) floating objects flowing through a water outlet of the buried culvert are intercepted and collected through a floating object intercepting device; and (4) the sludge in the water flow enters a sludge conveying device after passing through the float blocking device, the sludge conveying device conveys the sludge to a dredging device towards the tail end, and the dredging device works to pump the sludge into a sludge collecting pool on the front side of the exterior of the forebay of the water supply pump station. Floating objects in water flow can be intercepted and collected firstly, then sludge in the water flow is collected to the position where the desilting pump is located, and finally the deposited sludge is pumped and discharged into the sludge collecting pool through the desilting pump, so that desilting operation is conducted under the condition that water supply of the water supply pump station is not cut off, and it is effectively guaranteed that the water storage space of the forebay of the water supply pump station is stable; excellent water quality is ensured.
供水泵站不停水清淤方法,具体包括以下步骤:(一)、在供水泵站前池的暗涵出水口处安装拦漂装置;(二)、在供水泵站前池的池底沿水流方向安装淤泥输送装置,并在淤泥输送装置的尾端安装清淤装置;(三)、通过拦漂装置拦截收集流经暗涵出水口的漂浮物;(四)、水流中的淤泥经拦漂装置后进入淤泥输送装置,淤泥输送装置将淤泥向尾端输送至清淤装置,清淤装置工作将淤泥抽出至供水泵站前池外部前侧的集污池中。本发明能够先对水流中的漂浮物进行拦截收集,再对水流中的淤泥汇集至清淤泵所在位置,最后通过清淤泵将沉积的淤泥抽排至集污池中,实现在供水泵站不停水的情况下进行清淤作业,有效保证供水泵站前池的储水空间稳定,确保水质优良。
