The sliding groove is provided with a sliding rail, the sliding block is located in the sliding groove and used in cooperation with the sliding rail, a limiting structure for limiting the sliding block to fall off is arranged on the side, away from the sliding rail, of the sliding groove, and the two ends of the sliding block are fixedly connected with the inner walls of the two sides of the sliding groove through first springs. According to the building quakeproof and damping device, the damping effect of the building can be greatly improved, and damping of the building in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction is completed.
