The floor slab structure comprises a prefabricated layer, a cast-in-place layer and a painting layer, the cast-in-place layer is arranged on the prefabricated layer, and the painting layer is arranged on the lower side face of the prefabricated layer; the prefabricated layer is formed by closely splicing a plurality of one-way laminated slabs, and a splicing seam is formed between every two adjacent one-way laminated slabs; a metal embedded part is arranged in the one-way laminated slab, at least part of the metal embedded part is exposed out of the edge of the lower side of the one-way laminated slab and forms a connecting part, and the lower side face of the connecting part is flush with the lower side face of the one-way laminated slab; the connecting parts are used for providing a welding foundation, abutted seams between the adjacent one-way laminated slabs are eliminated in a welding mode, adhesive cement/mortar does not need to be filled in the abutted seams, the adhesive cement layers/mortar layers are prevented from deforming after being heated and affected with damp, and therefore the abutted seams of the one-way laminated slabs can keep high flatness for a long time.
