Embodiments of ladders and adjustable trays are provided herein. According to one embodiment, a ladder includes a first pair of spaced apart ladder frames having one or more steps extending between and coupled to the first pair of spaced apart ladder frames. A top cap is coupled with the first pair of spaced apart ladder frames. A second pair of spaced apart frames is coupled with the first pair of frames via a pair of hinges. A tray is hingedly coupled with the top cap and selectively located between a first deployed position and a storage position, where the tray extends downwardly from the top cap toward the pair of hinges when the tray is in the storage position.
