The invention provides a ceramic tile adhesive as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The ceramic tile adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-45 parts of Portland cement; 3-8 parts of expansion microspheres; 1 to 5 parts of poly dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride; 0.1 to 1 part of basalt fiber; 2-10 parts of latex powder; and 45-55 parts of a filler. Micropores formed by the expanded microspheres are used for absorbing noise, the sound insulation effect is improved, the dispersity of the expanded microspheres is improved and the sound insulation effect is improved by utilizing the poly dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, and the bonding strength of the tile adhesive is improved by utilizing the poly dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride and the latex powder together. The ceramic tile adhesive can be used for paving large-size ceramic tiles.
