The two ends of the fixing plate can be fixedly connected with the lower end of the tightening device. In the invention, when the isolation fence is impacted by an automobile which is vertical to the length direction of a road from the upper part, the steel wire rope is broken, and the middle vertical rods on the two sides of the broken point of the steel wire rope are respectively and sequentially lodged towards the two sides, so that the situation that the isolation fence is integrally overturned, broken and seriously deformed to cause serial injury to vehicles and personnel running in opposite directions is avoided; when the isolation fence is impacted by an automobile from the length direction of an upper road, the middle vertical rod falls down in sequence, the upper cross rod can be prevented from sliding along an engine and being inserted into the automobile, safety is improved, and harm to people in the automobile is reduced.
