Metal roof fault real-time monitoring support system
A metal roof fault real-time monitoring support system comprises an integrated support, a data transmission unit and a monitoring terminal. The integrated support comprises a support body, a detection device and a data processing and sending unit. The support body is fixed to the lockrand position of the metal roof. The detection device is installed on the support body and used for detecting the distance between the two sides of the support body and the metal roof. The data processing and sending unit is embedded into the support body and is used for sending detection data of the detection device to the detection terminal through the data transmission unit; the monitoring terminal is used for analyzing the detection data and judging whether the metal roof has a fault or not; through the integrated design, the installation space can be saved, the whole set of device can be conveniently installed, meanwhile, the roof position needing to be monitored can be more accurately corresponding, and the roof state can be visually reflected; and the support with the phenomena of wind lifting and the like can be reinforced again or the roof can be replaced in time.
