The invention discloses a constructional engineering steel pipe surface cleaning mechanism which comprises a supporting frame, a guide mechanism, a connecting steel pipe, a feeding mechanism, a discharging pipe, a cleaning mechanism, a connecting motor, a turnover plate, a guide clamping plate, a limiting sliding groove, a connecting toothed plate and a supporting sliding groove. Five feeding mechanisms used for discharging are evenly and fixedly connected to the position, close to the middle, of the inner end face of the supporting frame at equal intervals. When the connecting steel pipes are cleaned in batches, the two sets of adjusting mechanisms in the cleaning mechanism can rotate in the opposite directions, and then the two sets of adjusting mechanisms can clean the outer portions of the connecting steel pipes in the forward direction and the reverse direction in sequence; and therefore, the efficiency of cleaning the exteriors of the batch connecting steel pipes subsequently can be improved to the maximum extent, and the cleaning cleanliness is improved while the cleaning number is increased.
本发明公开建筑工程用钢管外表清理机构,包括支撑框架、导向机构、连接钢管、进料机构、排料管、清理机构、连接电机、翻转板、导向卡板、限位滑槽、连接齿板和支撑滑槽,所述支撑框架的内端面靠近中部处均匀等距固定连接有五组用于下料的进料机构。本发明在对连接钢管进行批量清理时,清理机构内部的两组调节机构能进行相反方向的转动,进而使得两组调节机构能依次正向和反向的对连接钢管的外部进行清理操作,从而能最大程度的提高后续对批量连接钢管外部进行清理的效率,进而在提高清理数量的同时提高清理的洁净度。
