The microprocessor is electrically connected with the first air cylinder, the second air cylinders, the third air cylinder and the stirring mechanism, second telescopic rods of the second air cylinders are connected with the sliding rods, the two second air cylinders are connected through a connecting rod, and the connecting rod is connected with the stirring mechanism. A second telescopic rod of a second air cylinder drives a charging bag to extend out of the conveying box along a conveying opening, a third telescopic rod of a third air cylinder pushes the lower portion of the charging bag, and the charging bag rotates around a sliding rod by a circle to pour out concrete.
