The environment-friendly Portland cement is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50%-78% of clinker, 5%-20% of stone powder, 3%-6% of coal slag, 4%-4.5% of fluorgypsum, 0-10% of fly ash and 9.5%-11.5% of ferroalloy slag. Wherein mineral powder accounting for 10-14% of the total mass is doped in the environment-friendly Portland cement. According to the environment-friendly Portland cement disclosed by the invention, the coal cinder and the ferroalloy slag are added into the formula, so that not only is the troubled environmental protection problem solved, but also the production cost of the Portland cement is reduced; the environment-friendly Portland cement provided by the invention can meet the requirements of different breaking strengths and compressive strengths through setting of different proportions, and has a wide application prospect.
