The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant thermal insulation material for buildings and a preparation method of the high-temperature-resistant thermal insulation material. The high-temperature-resistant thermal insulation material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 130-150 parts of cement; 20 to 30 parts of fly ash; 2-4 parts of a foaming agent; 0.3 to 0.5 part of a foam stabilizer; 10-20 parts of vacuum residue; and 60-80 parts of water, wherein the vacuum residue is subjected to emulsification treatment. The cement and the fly ash are used as base materials, and the foam stabilizer and the vacuum residue are used for realizing foam stabilization, so that the thermal insulation concrete foam board with a good load-bearing effect can be obtained.
一种建筑用耐高温的保温材料及其制备方法,包括如下质量份数的原料制备而成:水泥:130‑150份;粉煤灰:20‑30份;发泡剂:2‑4份;稳泡剂:0.3‑0.5份;减压渣油:10‑20;水:60‑80份,所述减压渣油经过乳化处理。本申请采用水泥以及粉煤灰作为基材,利用稳泡剂、减压渣油来实现稳泡,从而可以得到承重效果尚可的保温混凝土发泡板。
