本发明涉及吸音材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种轻质多孔吸音陶瓷材料、制备工艺及其应用,轻质多孔吸音陶瓷材料包括气孔和将气孔间隔开的孔壁,至少相邻的部分气孔间具有贯通孔壁的连通通道,连通通道的直径d:气孔的孔径D=1:3‑13。通过造孔剂和发泡剂的添加,发泡剂分解后使粉料内部产生气孔,造孔剂在氧化分解后使气孔连通,使制得的轻质多孔吸音陶瓷材料中至少相邻的部分气孔为连通孔。其制备工艺无需经过压制成型,采用传统的陶瓷烧结步骤即可成型,工艺简单,操作方便快捷,无需对现有生产设备做较大规模改动,经过上述原料和制备工艺的调整获得的轻质多孔吸音陶瓷材料,在强度相对较高的同时吸音降噪效果较高,且具有较好的吸水效果。
