The invention provides a concrete slump retaining agent as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The slump retaining agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.5-3 parts of graphene oxide; 15 to 18 parts of 2-chloroacrylic acid; 18 to 21 parts of solid alkali; 330 to 460 parts of methyl allyl polyethenoxy ether or isopentenyl polyethenoxy ether; 1.8 to 6.4 parts of an initiator; 3-6 parts of a chain transfer agent; 0.4 to 1.4 parts of a reducing agent; 6-22 parts of an olefine acid compound; 23 to 46 parts of an acrylate compound, and 400 to 500 parts of water. The slump retaining agent disclosed by the invention can be stably adsorbed on the surfaces of cement particles, delays a hydration reaction, effectively reduces the gradual loss of concrete, and improves the dispersing performance through a carboxylated graphene template effect, so that the dispersity of the slump retaining agent on a slurry system is improved, and the slump retaining effect of the concrete is enhanced.
本发明提供一种混凝土保坍剂及其制备方法和应用。所述保坍剂的制备原料按照重量份组成包括:氧化石墨烯,1.5~3份;2‑氯丙烯酸,15~18份;固体碱,18~21份;甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚或异戊烯基聚氧乙烯醚,330~460份;引发剂,1.8~6.4份;链转移剂,3~6份;还原剂,0.4~1.4份;烯酸类化合物,6~22份;丙烯酸酯类化合物,23~46份,以及水400~500份。本发明的保坍剂可以稳定吸附在水泥颗粒表面,延缓水化反应,有效降低混凝土的经时损失,通过羧基化石墨烯模板效应,改善分散性能,从而提高保坍剂对浆体系统的分散性,增强混凝土的保坍效果。
