The highway subgrade pit filling machine comprises a vehicle body, a stone cavity is formed in the vehicle body, a stone outlet is formed in the front side wall of the stone cavity in a communicating mode, a discharging mechanism is arranged in the stone outlet, a pushing mechanism is arranged in the stone cavity, and the lower end face of the vehicle body is connected with two air pushing rods which are symmetrical left and right. The lower ends of the two air push rods are connected with rectification boxes, leveling mechanisms are arranged in the rectification boxes, a sand cavity is formed in the right side of the stone cavity, a sand laying mechanism is arranged on the lower side of the sand cavity, the sand laying amount of the middle and the front and rear sides is changed through a fixing cylinder, meanwhile, the sand laying range of the left and right sides is changed, and the amount of sand sprayed out of the middle is increased under turning of two turning plates; the two sliding connecting plates are far away from each other on the sliding ways through the side sand cylinders, the sand paving range can be increased through the sliding connecting plates, the sand distribution efficiency and distribution uniformity are improved, material paving work can be automatically carried out, meanwhile, material paving is automatically adjusted according to the road condition, and manpower is saved.
本发明公开了一种公路路基填充补坑机,包括车体,车体内开设有石料腔,石料腔的前侧壁上连通设有石料出口,石料出口内设有出料机构,石料腔内设有推料机构,车体的下端面上连接有两个左右对称的气推杆,两个气推杆的下端均连接有整流箱,整流箱内设有整平机构,石料腔的右侧开设有沙腔,沙腔的下侧设有铺沙机构,通过固定筒改变中间与前后两侧的铺沙量,同时改变左右两侧的铺沙范围,中间喷出的沙量在两个翻板的翻动下增大,两个滑动连板通过侧沙筒在滑道上相互远离,通过滑动连板能够增加铺沙范围,提高沙的分布效率与分布均匀度,能够自动进行铺料工作,同时根据道路情况进行自动调节铺料,节省人力。
