Magnetic lifting imprinting method and composite template thereof
The invention provides a method for magnetically lifting and imprinting concrete with modeling texture on the surface, which comprises the following steps: 1) providing a composite template which is sequentially provided with a steel plate layer, a bonding layer and a decorative modeling layer from top to bottom, a modeling texture module is arranged on the bottom surface of the decorative modeling layer, and the steel plate layer is arranged on the surface of the decorative modeling layer; the size of the modeling texture module is matched with that of a modeling texture layer on the surface of concrete, and the number of coining times of the composite formwork is larger than or equal to 500; (2) concrete is cast in place to form a concrete base layer; and (3) a plurality of magnetic suction cups are detachably arranged on the top face of the steel plate layer, and the composite formwork is lifted through the magnetic suction cups to be positioned on the concrete base layer to be pressed, so that after the concrete base layer is solidified, a modeling texture layer matched with the modeling texture module is formed on the top face of the concrete base layer. According to the magnetic lifting impressing method and the composite formwork thereof, the composite formwork can be repeatedly used for many times and is high in abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, and the texture of concrete is not distorted after the composite formwork is used for thousands of times.
