The invention discloses a continuous beam arch bridge of a steel web-concrete combined box girder and a construction method.The continuous beam arch bridge comprises a girder body, arch ribs and suspenders, the girder body comprises a steel web-concrete combined box girder section, a concrete girder section and a girder section transition combination area connecting the steel web-concrete combined box girder section and the concrete girder section, and the concrete girder section is arranged near a middle fulcrum and side fulcrums; the steel web-concrete combined box girder section is arranged on the middle span or arranged on the middle span and the side span at the same time, and the arch rib is connected with the steel web-concrete combined box girder section through a suspender. The construction method comprises the following steps that the concrete beam section and the beam section transition combination area are constructed; the steel web section is machined; the steel web part sections are assembled through cantilevers till the steel web parts are closed; constructing arch ribs; mounting a suspender; a concrete part is poured, and segmented tensioning is conducted; and finally tensioning the suspenders, dismantling the full framing, and carrying out system conversion to form a bridge. The steel web-concrete combined box girders are used for part of the main girder sections, the sections are light in weight, the field operation amount is small, and the construction speed is high.
