The invention relates to a method and device for transversely moving a prestressed T-beam, the device for transversely moving the prestressed T-beam is erected between the T-beam and a base, and the method for transversely moving the prestressed T-beam comprises the following steps: step 1, symmetrically installing a set of beam lifting mechanism at the bottom of each of the two ends of the T-beam in the length direction, and lifting the T-beam by using the two sets of beam lifting mechanisms; 2, a sliding rail mechanism and a sliding plate mechanism are symmetrically installed at the bottoms of the two ends, in the length direction, of the T-beam correspondingly, and jacking and transverse moving operation is conducted on the T-beam; and 3, after the T beam transversely moves to the designated position, two beam falling mechanisms are symmetrically installed at the bottoms of the two ends of the T beam in the length direction correspondingly, beam falling is conducted, the beam falls 7 cm each time, and the operation is repeated for many times till the T beam is located on the base. And the technical difficulty and economic waste caused by limited construction space are greatly reduced.
本发明是一种横移预应力T梁的方法及装置,横移预应力T梁的装置搭设于T梁与基座之间,横移预应力T梁的方法包括以下步骤:步骤1:在T梁长度方向的两端底部分别对称安装一套起梁机构,并使用两套起梁机构将T梁抬起;步骤2:在T梁长度方向的两端底部分别对称安装一套滑轨机构与滑板机构,对T梁进行顶进横移操作;步骤3:待T梁横移至指定位置后,在T梁长度方向的两端底部分别对称安装一套落梁机构,进行落梁,每次落梁7cm,如此反复多次操作,直至将T梁坐落至基座上为止,本发明利用较小的空间和小型设备对T梁通过起梁、顶推和落梁的方式进行移动架设,大大减少了施工空间受限带来的技术难度和经济浪费。
