Multifunctional support erecting method for half-through concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge construction
The invention discloses a multifunctional support erecting method for half-through concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge construction, which comprises the following steps of: (1) erecting a lower-layer arch rib assembly support which is also used as a cross beam storage and installation platform; (2) welding and lengthening the cross beam sections on a cross beam splicing bracket platform to form a whole cross beam section; the spliced cross beams are hoisted to a cross beam storage and installation platform to be stored; (3) continuing to erect an upper-layer arch rib assembly bracket to a designed position, erecting arch ribs after the bracket is erected, and performing arch rib concrete pressure injection construction; (4) after the age and the strength of the concrete meet the requirements, the upper-layer arch rib assembling support is dismantled; (5) continuing to install the suspender, and installing the cross beam which is placed in the corresponding position on the cross beam storage and installation platform in advance by utilizing the crawler crane; and (6) after all construction is completed, the remaining supports are dismantled. The method has the advantages that the support is safe and reliable in stress, the construction precision and quality of arch rib erection and cross beam installation can be improved, cost is saved, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了一种中承式钢管混凝土拱桥施工的多功能支架架设方法,按以下步骤进行:(1)搭设下层拱肋拼装支架,兼做横梁存放安装平台;(2)在横梁拼接支架平台上将横梁节段焊接接长为整根;将拼接完成的横梁吊至横梁存放安装平台存放;(3)继续搭设上层拱肋拼装支架至设计位置,支架搭设完成后进行拱肋架设,并进行拱肋混凝土压注施工;(4)待混凝土龄期及强度满足要求后,拆除上层拱肋拼装支架;(5)继续安装吊杆,并利用履带吊安装提前放置在横梁存放安装平台上对应位置的横梁;(6)全部施工完成后,拆除剩余支架。本发明具有支架受力安全可靠,可提高拱肋架设、横梁安装的施工精度和质量,节约成本、缩短施工工期等优点。
