The invention discloses a road dust raising prevention dust removal device which comprises a rack connected with a motor sweeper, a collecting cover, a lifting sliding mechanism, a spraying and sweeping device and an auxiliary suction device are arranged in the rack, the collecting cover is of a hollow structure with the lower end open, and a main dust suction opening communicated with the interior of the collecting cover is formed in the middle of the top end of the collecting cover. The main dust suction port is connected with a collecting box of the sweeper through a first dust suction pipe; the top end of the collecting cover is connected with the rack through a lifting sliding mechanism, and the collecting cover can be driven by the lifting sliding mechanism to descend in the vertical direction to be in sealed contact with the road surface and slide along the rack to be retained on the road surface in the advancing process of the sweeper. The road dust cleaning device is unique in structure and convenient to operate, not only effectively solves the problems that an existing road dust cleaning device is low in cleaning efficiency and long in required time, but also effectively solves the problems that an existing road cleaning device is poor in cleaning effect and has garbage residues.
