The invention relates to a grouting isolation wall for protecting a foundation of an existing building/structure, which is manufactured by the following steps of: a, excavating a groove in the outer side of the existing building/structure, and drilling a hole in the groove by adopting a down-the-hole drill; b, a grouting steel floral tube with angle steel barbs is inserted into the hole, cement-water glass double-liquid grouting is adopted, a cement-water glass-undisturbed soil composite soil body is formed, and the composite soil body forms an isolation wall; and c, concrete is poured in the grooves, ground beams are constructed, and the grouting steel floral tubes are connected into a whole. The construction process is simple and controllable, the cost is low, the construction period is short, soil pressure generated during construction near the existing building/structure is effectively isolated, stability and safety of the existing building/structure are guaranteed, and the construction method belongs to the field of building construction.
本发明涉及一种保护既有建筑物/构筑物基础的注浆隔绝墙，通过如下步骤制得：a.在既有建筑物/构筑物外侧开挖沟槽，采用潜孔钻机在沟槽中钻孔；b.将带有角钢倒刺的注浆钢花管插入孔中，采用水泥‑水玻璃双液注浆，形成水泥‑水玻璃‑原状土复合土体，复合土体形成隔绝墙；c.在沟槽中浇筑混凝土，施工地梁，将注浆钢花管连接成整体。本发明施工工艺简单可控，成本低、工期短，有效隔绝在既有建筑物/构筑物附近施工时产生的土压力，保证既有建筑物/构筑物的稳定和安全，属于建筑施工领域。
