Overbreak reinforcement structure and method for overhead side of underground powerhouse
The invention discloses an over-excavation reinforcing structure and method for the free side of an underground powerhouse, and aims to solve the problems that different degrees of over-excavation phenomena often occur in free side excavation between a low-elevation subarea and a high-elevation subarea of the underground powerhouse, and adverse effects are caused on safety and stability of a free side bottom plate and a structure on the free side bottom plate. The reinforcing structure comprises reinforcing anchor rods and backfill concrete, a plurality of rows of reinforcing anchor rods are arranged along the overexcavation part, and the backfill concrete backfilled to the structural surface is arranged in the overexcavation part. The method comprises the following steps: arranging a plurality of rows of reinforcing anchor rods at the over-excavation part of the free side; and pouring and backfilling concrete to the structural surface at the over-excavation part. The reinforcing anchors are arranged to support the over-excavation part, and the safety and stability of the free side bottom plate and the structure on the free side bottom plate are effectively guaranteed through multiple measures of backfilling concrete and adding the distribution bars, the tie bars and the bonded pre-stressed anchor cables.
本发明公开了一种地下厂房临空侧超挖补强加固结构及方法,旨在克服地下厂房低高程分区和高高程分区之间的临空侧开挖常常会出现不同程度的超挖现象,对临空侧底板及其上结构的安全稳定造成不利影响的问题。所述加固结构包括补强锚杆和回填混凝土,所述补强锚杆沿着超挖部位布置有若干排,超挖部位内设有回填至结构面的回填混凝土。所述方法步骤包括:在临空侧的超挖部位布置若干排补强锚杆;在超挖部位浇筑回填混凝土至结构面。本发明通过设置补强锚提供对于超挖部分的支护,再通过回填混凝土,增加分布筋、拉结筋和有粘结预应力锚索构成多重措施有效地保证了临空侧底板及其上结构的安全稳定。
