The invention provides a flood prevention and drainage pump station structure which comprises a water inlet area, a partition plate is installed in the water inlet area, the water inlet area is divided into an upper area and a lower area through the partition plate, and flood water is gathered to the position below the partition plate after being subjected to sedimentation and extrusion mechanism treatment; the speed measuring mechanism is installed in the water inlet pipe and used for detecting the flow speed of the flood water passing through the water inlet pipe and measuring the flow speed of the flood water through contact between an elastic rope and a feeler lever, and a sensor in the feeler lever is electrically connected with the automatic valve and the valve; the pump room is connected with the other side of the water inlet area through a connecting water pipe, one end of the connecting water pipe penetrates through the pump room and is connected with the water outlet area, a water outlet pipe is installed on one side of the water outlet area, an automatic valve, a manual valve and a water pump are sequentially installed on the connecting water pipe and located in the pump room, and a cover plate is hinged to the top end of the pump room; and the alarm is mounted above the water inlet area, and the alarm is electrically connected with the sensor in the feeler lever.
