Under the action of the sealing mechanism, a plug rod and a base plate are pressed to descend through the gravity of sewage, meanwhile, a first connecting rod is driven to pull a first spring through a first sliding sleeve to achieve elastic descending movement outside a first sliding rod, and therefore the effect of collecting a large amount of sewage is achieved; on the contrary, when the sewage flows completely, the purpose that the plug rod is reset to the through hole of the well lid is achieved through the resettable performance of the first spring, and therefore the effects of blocking sundries on the road surface and sealing odor emission of a sewer when no sewage exists in daily life are achieved, and the phenomenon that the sundries of a normally-opened well lid fall into the sewer to be blocked and rotten and give off foul odor is avoided.
本发明公开了一种模块化的市政工程用下水道防臭装置，包括井盖，所述井盖的底端固定连接有防臭仓，且防臭仓的外部固定焊接有滤杂仓，所述滤杂仓的顶端两侧分别铰链连接有仓门，且仓门的顶端分别固定焊接有把手，所述井盖的通孔处设置有密封机构，本发明在密封机构的作用下，通过污水重力压制塞杆和底盘下降，同时带动连接杆一通过滑套一拉动弹簧一在滑杆一外部实现弹性下降运动，从而达到对污水大量的收集的效果，反之当污水流淌完毕利用弹簧一的可复位性，实现塞杆复位至井盖的通孔处的目的，从而达到针对日常无污水时对路面杂物进行阻挡和密封下水道气味散发的效果，避免常开式井盖杂物落入下水道堵塞腐烂而散发恶臭气味的现象发生。
