The invention provides a one-way laminated slab post-cast strip joint structure and a construction method thereof.The one-way laminated slab post-cast strip joint structure comprises two prefabricated floor slabs, a bottom plate and additional steel bars, the prefabricated floor slabs are prefabricated parts of one-way laminated slabs, the bottom plate is arranged below an abutted seam of the two prefabricated floor slabs, the width of the bottom plate is larger than that of the abutted seam, and the additional steel bars stretch across the abutted seam; the embedded parts are embedded in the bottom face of the prefabricated floor slab, the bottom plate is provided with two rows of through holes, the through holes correspond to the embedded parts in position one to one, and the connecting parts penetrate through the through holes to be fixed to the embedded parts. The construction method comprises the steps that S1, the prefabricated floors are hoisted and placed at intervals; s2, a bottom plate is hoisted, and connecting pieces are arranged; s3, additional steel bars are arranged; s4, placing bottom full-length ribs and top full-length ribs; s5, cast-in-place concrete is poured and cured; and S, taking down the connecting piece and the bottom plate. According to the scheme, vertical supports do not need to be erected on the bottom side of the prefabricated floor slab, the installation time is short, the difficulty is low, the construction period is shortened, the construction amount is reduced, and manpower, material resources and construction time are saved.
