According to the ceiling plate splicing design and installation structure of the assembly type ceiling, through the arrangement of the gear, the first tooth plate and the second tooth plate, the ceiling plates are connected in a clamping mode, rapid installation and disassembly can be achieved without the help of any auxiliary tool during installation or later disassembly, and therefore the working efficiency is improved; and the defect that the ceiling plate is prone to loosening in the later period due to a traditional bolt assembly installation mode is effectively overcome, and therefore the service life of the ceiling is prolonged.
