The invention discloses a hidden flatness adjusting tool which comprises a fixing piece capable of being fixed to a wall, a long-strip-shaped traction piece and an adjusting piece capable of swinging up and down relative to the fixing piece, and when the adjusting piece swings up and down, a panel unit is pushed to adjust the distance between the panel unit and the wall. The traction piece is connected with the adjusting piece so that the adjusting piece can be driven to swing up and down when the traction piece is pulled upwards.
