The sound insulation and heat preservation system of the floor slab comprises a reinforced concrete floor slab, a sound insulation and heat preservation plate is fixedly installed below the reinforced concrete floor slab through bolts, a decorative surface layer is laid above the reinforced concrete floor slab, and the thickness of the sound insulation and heat preservation plate is 20-40 mm. The construction method comprises the following construction steps: firstly, erecting reinforcing steel bars on a building template and pouring concrete, and forming the reinforced concrete floor after the concrete is solidified; bolt holes are evenly formed in the lower portion of the reinforced concrete floor, a sound insulation and heat preservation plate is pasted to the lower surface of the reinforced concrete floor through an adhesive, and bolts are matched with the bolt holes to fixedly connect the sound insulation and heat preservation plate with the reinforced concrete floor; and finally, a decorative surface layer is laid on the reinforced concrete floor slab. The sound insulation and heat preservation layer is effectively prevented from cracking, and the height above the reinforced concrete floor is reduced; the assembly of the sound insulation and heat preservation plate is facilitated, construction is simple and convenient, the labor and material cost is reduced, and the engineering efficiency and quality are improved.
