The invention provides a non-explosive excavation hole-forming method for multi-hole pre-drilling of a large-diameter foundation pile in a hard rock stratum, which comprises the following steps: selecting small construction equipment, pre-drilling a plurality of pre-drilled small holes in the plane range of the large-diameter foundation pile to form a free face, pre-drilling the small holes one by one to reach the pile bottom elevation, and backfilling each small hole to the original ground elevation; and manual full-section excavation is conducted on the backfilled large-diameter foundation pile, manual excavation is conducted to the pile bottom elevation, and a hole is formed in the foundation pile. Non-explosion excavation hole-forming construction is conducted in a mechanical and manual combined mode, a plurality of pre-drilled small holes are pre-drilled through small drilling equipment for a large-diameter foundation pile in a hard rock stratum under the complex terrain condition, then all the small holes are backfilled to the original ground elevation, manual full-section excavation hole-forming is conducted, and the large-diameter foundation pile in the hard rock stratum is subjected to non-explosion excavation hole-forming construction. The objective terrain limitation that large construction equipment cannot enter the field is overcome, the small equipment is adopted for pre-drilling a plurality of pre-drilling small holes to form the free face, the difficulty and workload of subsequent manual excavation are effectively reduced, and the work efficiency is obviously improved compared with a traditional manual excavation construction technology.
本发明提供一种硬质岩层中大直径基桩多孔预钻的非爆开挖成孔方法,选用小型的施工设备,在大直径基桩平面范围内预钻出多个预钻小孔,形成临空面,逐个小孔预钻至桩底标高后,将各小孔回填至原地面标高;对回填后的大直径基桩进行人工全断面开挖,人工开挖至桩底标高,基桩成孔。本发明采用机械和人工相结合的方式非爆开挖成孔施工,针对复杂地形条件下硬质岩层中大直径基桩,采用小型钻孔设备预钻多个预钻小孔,再将各小孔回填至原地面标高后进行人工全断面开挖成孔,克服了大型施工设备无法进场的客观地形限制,而且由于采用小型设备预钻出多个预钻小孔,形成临空面,有效降低后续人工开挖的难度及工作量,较传统人工开挖施工技术明显提高工效。
