The invention discloses a cold bonding type PVDF wrapping tape for bridge cable protection and a preparation technology thereof.The wrapping tape comprises a fluorine-containing weather-proof film layer, an adhesive layer, a PET film layer, a high-performance sealing adhesive layer and an isolating film layer, the adhesive layer is arranged between the fluorine-containing weather-proof film layer and the PET film layer, the high-performance sealing adhesive layer is arranged between the PET film layer and the isolating film layer, and the performance of the wrapping tape is improved; the preparation process comprises the following steps: unwinding, gluing, drying, compounding, winding, unwinding, gluing, laminating and winding. The heat resistance of the wrapping tape is improved, the wrapping tape is high in bonding strength and more excellent in cold flow penetration and holding power, the fluorine-containing weather-proof film layer and the PET film layer are combined through the preparation process, the surface layer material has excellent aging resistance, corrosion resistance and barrier performance, and the surface layer material is not prone to deformation due to the fact that the butyl rubber layer is coated.
