The invention discloses a suspended ceiling reverse support and a construction method of a reverse support suspended ceiling. The suspended ceiling reverse support comprises a sleeve, a suspender and concrete. Wherein the hanging rod is arranged in the sleeve in a penetrating mode, the hanging rod comprises a main body section located in the sleeve, and the two ends of the main body section extend out of the two ends of the sleeve respectively to form an upper connecting section and a lower connecting section; the upper connecting section is used for being connected with a structural floor slab; the lower connecting section is used for being connected with a suspended ceiling panel; a pouring channel is formed between the peripheral surface of the main body section and the inner wall surface of the sleeve at an interval; and the concrete is arranged in the pouring channel. According to the suspended ceiling reverse support, a novel suspended ceiling reverse support is provided, and therefore the cost for manufacturing the suspended ceiling reverse support is reduced.
