The invention relates to an environment-friendly gelatin wastewater treatment process which is characterized by comprising the following steps: S1, carrying out filter pressing on sludge in a preliminary sedimentation tank through a first filter press, and discharging a mud cake into a batching tank; s2, carrying out filter pressing on the sludge in the adjusting tank through a second filter press, and discharging a mud cake into a batching tank; s3, the wastewater after the flocculation reaction enters a primary sedimentation tank, sludge is subjected to filter pressing through a third filter press, filter pressing tail water enters a standby tank, and a mud cake enters a batching tank; s4, the wastewater enters a secondary sedimentation tank, sludge is subjected to filter pressing through a fourth filter press, filter-pressing tail water enters a standby tank, and a mud cake enters a batching tank; s5, the weight ratio of the mud cake to the coal gangue in the batching pool is 20: 1-25: 1; s6, mold fixing; s7, a first drying section; s8, pricking holes; s9, a second drying section; s10, an anti-cracking working section; and S11, a third drying section. According to the invention, multi-stage precipitation is carried out, precipitated sludge generated by each stage of mud-water separation is effectively utilized, and the environmental protection index of gelatin wastewater treatment is greatly improved.
