The steel formwork, the vertical split bolts and the inclined split bolts are fixedly connected to the concrete cushion layer, each inclined split bolt is welded to one or more vertical split bolts, each inclined split bolt is fixedly connected with the steel formwork, the upper end of each vertical split bolt is connected with the telescopic rod, and the lower end of each vertical split bolt is connected with the corresponding telescopic rod.
