The high-risk environment sewage disposal boat comprises a device body; the moving device is used for enabling the device body to suspend in high-risk sludge and driving the device body to move in the high-risk sludge; the device body comprises a water inlet device for spraying water to high-risk sludge in the bucket; the sludge shoveling and crushing mechanism is used for shoveling the high-risk sludge, stirring the high-risk sludge and water into high-risk slurry and throwing the high-risk slurry to the surface of the high-risk sludge close to the sludge pumping device; and the sludge pumping device is used for pumping the high-risk sludge to the high-risk sludge treatment device. According to the embodiment of the invention, the cleaning of high-risk sludge is realized.
