The roller is made of a carbon steel cylinder with the thickness larger than or equal to 2 mm, end plates are arranged at the two ends of the cylinder, pivot connecting openings are formed in the centers of the end plates, and the bent rods can be contained in the pivot connecting openings. The blade is a carbon steel annular blade with the thickness larger than or equal to 2 mm, the inner diameter of the blade is matched with the outer diameter of the roller so that the blade can be welded and fixed to the middle of the roller, and the blade cuts the ground to open grooves along with pushing of the roller.
