The invention relates to a light sound-insulation vinyl floor with both heat conduction and electrical conductivity and a preparation process thereof. The light sound-insulation vinyl floor comprises a bottom layer material: a PVC layer containing a light porous graphene material; the middle layer material is a PVC layer containing a lightweight porous graphene material; a PVC film is subjected to color printing; and the surface conductive wear-resistant layer is a conductive UV coating. The light porous graphene material is added into the PVC base material of the semi-hard vinyl sheet floor tile according to a certain proportion (1-3.5 wt%), so that the critical heat flux and the impact sound insulation level (IIC) of the floor are improved, and meanwhile, the volume resistance and the density of the floor are reduced.
本发明涉及一种兼顾导热及导电性的轻质隔音乙烯基地板及其制备工艺,包括底层料:含轻质多孔石墨烯材料PVC层;中层料:含轻质多孔石墨烯材料PVC层;印刷层:彩印PVC膜;表面导电耐磨层:导电UV涂层。本发明将轻质多孔石墨烯材料按一定比例(1~3.5wt%)加入半硬质乙烯基片材地板砖的PVC基材中,以提高地板临界热通量及冲击隔音等级(IIC),同时降低地板的体积电阻以及地板的密度。

The invention relates to a light sound-insulation vinyl floor with both heat conduction and electrical conductivity and a preparation process thereof.
