The invention discloses a glass fiber reinforced plastic fiber reinforced silicate cement wallboard manufacturing process, and relates to the technical field of cement wallboards. The purpose of improving the performance of the silicate cement wallboard through recycled fibers is achieved. The method specifically comprises the following steps: recycling glass fiber reinforced plastic fibers; preparing raw materials for manufacturing the silicate cement wallboard; the preparation method comprises the following steps: putting the recycled fibers and the preparation raw materials into a stirring pot according to the weight parts, slowly pouring a certain proportion of water into the stirring pot, and stirring for 1-3 minutes in an environment of 48n/min to obtain slurry; cleaning the mold, and spraying a layer of release agent on the working surface of the mold; pouring the slurry into a mold, and mechanically vibrating the slurry on a vibrating table for 3-8 minutes to compact the slurry; after the surface of the mold is flattened, the mold is put into a curing chamber, and initial curing is conducted for 1 d at the temperature of 20-35 DEG C until the mold is solidified; and demolding. When the wallboard is manufactured, the glass fiber reinforced plastic fibers are added, so that the ductility (bending resistance) of the Portland cement can be improved, and the service life of the Portland cement is prolonged.
