Preparation method of beta-type high-strength desulfurized gypsum powder
Beta-type semi-hydrated gypsum prepared from flue gas desulfurization gypsum through a fast firing process is compounded with a small amount of whiskers and a trace amount of a reinforcing water reducing agent to obtain beta-type high-strength gypsum with the bending resistance of more than 6 MPa in 2 hours and the drying compression resistance of more than 50 MPa. The use method of the high-strength gypsum powder is the same as that of alpha-type high-strength gypsum powder, and the main indexes of the high-strength gypsum powder meet the regulations of JC/T 2038-2010 alpha-type high-strength gypsum. The beta-type high-strength desulfurized gypsum can directly replace alpha-type high-strength gypsum. The technology has the advantage of low cost and the advantage of large-scale production capacity, products are upgraded according to stock production capacity, and the industrial advantages are obvious.
脱硫石膏经快烧工艺制备的β型半水石膏,复配少量晶须和微量增强减水剂,得到了2h抗折>6MPa,烘干抗压>50MPa的β型高强石膏。使用方法与α型高强石膏粉相同,其主要指标达到《JC/T 2038-2010α型高强石膏》的规定。这种β型高强脱硫石膏可以直接替代α型高强石膏。技术有廉价的成本优势和规模化的产能优势,以存量产能,升级产品,产业优势明显。
