The other end of the heat return pipe is connected with the cyclone separator and then connected with the first-stage calcining cylinder, and the head end of the last-stage heat exchange cylinder is further connected with steam source equipment through a steam supply pipe. By the adoption of the technical scheme, waste heat discharged by various industrial enterprises is used for conducting low-temperature calcination on the gypsum residues, in the calcination process, water vapor separated from the gypsum residues is mixed into steam in the heat exchange cylinder and then exchanges heat with the gypsum residues, the gypsum residues are calcined more sufficiently, the dehydration efficiency is improved, and the gypsum residues are recycled.
