The invention relates to a soft soil vacuum preloading treatment system which comprises a drainage plate and a pipeline, the surface layer of the drainage plate is covered with a percolation membrane, the pipeline extends to the inner side of the percolation membrane, and the pipeline can be used for enabling compressed gas to be blown to the percolation membrane in the reverse direction of water percolation so as to restore the infiltration capacity of the percolation membrane or prevent clogging. According to the invention, reverse blowing is carried out on the percolation membrane, so that soft soil particles or other clogging objects clogged on the surface or in the percolation membrane generate reverse movement or other relative movement, and the clogged holes of the percolation membrane recover the infiltration capacity, so that the drainage speed is accelerated and the treatment time is shortened in the vacuum preloading consolidation treatment process of the soft soil; the soft soil treatment effect is improved.
