本发明公开了现状管道新建包管井的吊装构造及新建包管井的施工方法,包括若干设置在现状管道下方,用于承载现状管道的型钢梁,以及设置在现状管道两侧,用于悬吊型钢梁的钢丝绳;型钢梁朝向现状管道的承载面上设有多个限位垫块,型钢梁的侧面设有钢筋锚固槽。施工时,首先开挖基坑至现状管道中心线下0.25D处,将型钢梁安置于现状管道下方并安装限位垫块,设置钢丝绳与上部型钢钢架连接;然后完成现状管道下方的底板,并将底板的钢筋中与现状管道平行的钢筋通过钢筋锚固槽与型钢梁固定,然后完成新建包管井后续施工。本发明有效减小基坑开挖深度,降低施工风险,减少素混凝土的用量;同时节约工期,减小施工期间对市政道路影响时间。

During construction, firstly, a foundation pit is excavated to the 0.25 D position below the center line of a current pipeline, the profile steel beam is arranged below the current pipeline, the limiting cushion block is installed, and the steel wire rope is arranged to be connected with the upper profile steel frame; and then a bottom plate below the current pipeline is completed, steel bars, parallel to the current pipeline, in the steel bars of the bottom plate are fixed to the section steel beams through steel bar anchoring grooves, and then follow-up construction of the newly-built pipe wrapping well is completed. The excavation depth of the foundation pit is effectively reduced, the construction risk is reduced, and the use amount of plain concrete is reduced; meanwhile, the construction period is shortened, and the influence time on municipal roads during construction is shortened.
