The invention discloses a waterproof and drainage integrated structure and method for a basement exterior wall, and the integrated structure comprises a waterproof roll layer which is laid on the inner surface of the basement exterior wall and the upper surface of a foundation slab; the separating walls are arranged in each layer of the basement; the buttress column is arranged between the basement outer wall and the separation wall; the floor drain is arranged on the structural floor slab; the drainage pipe is vertically arranged between the basement outer wall and the separation wall, and the drainage pipe is connected with the floor drain on the structural floor slab above the drainage pipe and is not connected with the floor drain on the structural floor slab below the drainage pipe; the drainage ditch is communicated with the tail end of the drainage pipe; and the water collecting well is communicated with the drainage ditch. The basement exterior wall is blocked and waterproof through the waterproof roll layer, so that a large amount of underground water is prevented from leaking; a small amount of underground water leaking through the waterproof roll layer is discharged and collected through the isolation space formed between the isolation wall and the basement outer wall, the floor drain, the drainage pipe, the drainage ditch and the water collecting well, and the better waterproof effect is achieved.
