The invention discloses a construction method for reinforcing an existing building foundation soil body, belongs to the technical field of existing building foundation reinforcement, and is based on a prestressed pile pressurization system which comprises a steel cross beam, a prestressed anchor cable, a tensioning jack and a steel pipe pile. The construction method for reinforcing the foundation soil body of the existing building comprises the following steps that a prestressed pile pressurization system is installed; reinforcing a base soil body; a prestressed pile pressurization system is operated; and finishing the construction operation. According to the method, anchor rod static pressure piles or anchor rod static pressure piles of dry hole forming and hole guiding serve as temporary supporting piles, temporary underpinning or jacking is conducted on a building foundation in a prestress applying mode, then a base soil layer is reinforced through the intelligent control grouting technology, and finally a combined stress system of base reinforced soil and prestressed piles is achieved. Therefore, the bearing capacity of the foundation is reinforced.
