The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, and discloses a fabricated building thermal insulation wall which comprises a waterproof layer, a thermal insulation layer I bonded with the waterproof layer, a fireproof layer bonded with the thermal insulation layer I and a thermal insulation layer II bonded with the fireproof layer. The waterproof layer, the thermal insulation layer I, the fireproof layer and the thermal insulation layer II form a thermal insulation plate body. Dovetail grooves are formed in the two adjacent sides of the heat preservation plate body, matching protrusions matched with the dovetail grooves are fixedly connected to the other two sides of the heat preservation plate body, a closing layer I is fixedly connected to the top end of the heat preservation layer II, and a net-shaped pipe is fixedly connected into the closing layer I in a sleeved mode. Through the designed dovetail grooves and the matched protrusions, when the heat preservation wall is assembled, the adjacent plates can be connected in a mortise and tenon mode through the matched protrusions and the dovetail grooves, the matched protrusions and the dovetail grooves form a new plate polymer, and gaps of the connecting positions of the adjacent plates can be integrally protected by all layers of the plates; and the heat preservation, heat insulation and permeation prevention capacities of the joints are enhanced.
