Open holes communicated with the hollow inner cavity are formed in the prefabricated hollow brick, and the hollow inner cavity is filled with a modified PU foaming composite material; the modified PU foaming composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-20% of paraffin phase change microcapsules, 5-20% of carbon microspheres and 60-90% of a polyurethane foam composite material. The energy-saving, heat-insulating, mechanical and noise-reducing effects of the prefabricated hollow brick are improved through the cooperation of the structure of the prefabricated hollow brick and the performance of the modified PU foaming composite material.
