The invention provides a 3D printing preparation method of a ceramic orthodontic bracket. The 3D printing preparation method comprises the following steps: establishing an orthodontic bracket three-dimensional model according to collected tooth data; combining the orthodontic bracket three-dimensional models corresponding to the teeth into a whole, outputting the whole into an STL format, and importing the whole into slicing software so as to slice the orthodontic bracket three-dimensional models; and importing layer cutting data into a surface exposure 3D printer, and carrying out layer-by-layer curing by utilizing a surface exposure mode of a light machine, so as to print the ceramic orthodontic bracket. According to the invention, the ceramic orthodontic bracket can be customized according to different teeth, different bracket bottom bonding surface microstructures are designed, and the matching degree of the ceramic orthodontic bracket and the teeth is ensured, so that a more perfect orthodontic effect is realized; tooth details are processed more perfectly, and the precision is higher; the manufacturing period is short, plenty of manufacturing time is saved, and the preparation cost is reduced; and the application range is wider.
本发明提供一种陶瓷正畸托槽的3D打印制备方法,包括:根据采集的牙齿数据建立正畸托槽三维模型;将各个牙齿所对应的正畸托槽三维模型合并为整体后输出为STL格式并导入至切片软件中,以对正畸托槽三维模型进行层切;将层切数据导入到面曝光3D打印机中,利用光机的面曝光方式逐层固化,打印出陶瓷正畸托槽。本发明可以根据不同的牙齿对陶瓷正畸托槽进行定制,设计出不同的托槽底部粘结面微结构,保证陶瓷正畸托槽与牙齿的匹配度,以实现更完美的矫正效果;对牙齿细节处理的更加完美,并且精度更高;制造周期短,节省了大量制造时间,降低制备成本;应用范围更广。
