The invention discloses a karst roadbed stiff film bag pile comprehensive treatment method. The method comprises the specific steps that the treatment range of a karst roadbed is judged according to early-stage geological exploration data, geophysical prospecting, drilling television and other means; determining arrangement data of sleeve valve pipes according to the treatment range; drilling to a designed elevation by using a geological drilling rig; a sleeve valve pipe wrapped with a perforated geotextile bag and pasted with a plastic drainage plate is installed in the drill hole; sealing the exposed end of the sleeve valve pipe, and injecting a gravel backfill material into the drill hole; the sleeve valve pipe is grouted, reinforced and backfilled with the gravel backfill material, and a grouting body is formed; mortar is poured into the sleeve valve pipe; and paving a horizontal drainage sand cushion layer and a geogrid. The method can overcome the defects that filling of a karst cavity of a karst roadbed treated through conventional grouting is not compact and the bearing performance of the treated roadbed is insufficient, and the method is convenient to construct and low in cost and has great application and popularization value.
本发明公开了一种岩溶路基劲性膜袋桩综合处治方法,具体步骤为:根据前期地勘资料、物探及钻孔电视等手段判定岩溶路基处治范围;根据处治范围确定袖阀管的布设数据;利用地质钻机钻孔至设计标高;在钻孔内安装外包有开孔土工布袋且粘贴有塑料排水板的袖阀管;封闭袖阀管出露端,于钻孔处贯入砂砾回填材料;袖阀管注浆加固回填砂砾回填材料且形成注浆体;于袖阀管中灌注砂浆;铺筑水平排水砂垫层及土工格栅。本发明能够弥补常规注浆处理岩溶路基溶腔充填不密实和处治后路基承载性能不足的缺陷,且施工方便、成本低廉,具有极大的推广应用价值。
