Holes are formed in the soft soil layer on the upper portion of the stratum through the slurry wall protecting method, when drilling is conducted to the strongly-weathered rock stratum or the moderately-weathered rock stratum, construction is conducted through the hydraulic down-the-hole hammer method, the hydraulic down-the-hole hammer is combined with the slurry wall protecting method, and therefore construction efficiency and quality are guaranteed.
