Based on a slurry retaining wall drilling machine, a hydraulic down-the-hole hammer and a matched pipeline system and slurry circulating system, the construction method for efficiently carrying out deep drilling operation and forming the cast-in-situ bored pile comprises the following steps that slurry retaining wall hole forming is carried out; arranging a hydraulic down-the-hole hammer pipeline; installing a hydraulic down-the-hole hammer drilling machine; performing hydraulic down-the-hole hammer construction operation; and the cast-in-situ bored pile construction is completed. Holes are formed in the soft soil layer on the upper portion of the stratum through the slurry wall protecting method, when drilling is conducted to the strongly-weathered rock stratum or the moderately-weathered rock stratum, construction is conducted through the hydraulic down-the-hole hammer method, the hydraulic down-the-hole hammer is combined with the slurry wall protecting method, and therefore construction efficiency and quality are guaranteed.
