The invention discloses a construction method for improving the bearing capacity of a natural foundation by embedding a foundation raft into a slope protection pile, which comprises the following steps of: adding a lateral force resisting system, monitoring a foundation pit, determining a chiseling sequence, chiseling the slope protection pile, treating the section of the slope protection pile, constructing a waterproof layer and constructing an overhanging section raft. Under the condition that the excavation size of an original foundation pit and the positions of the slope protection piles are not changed, the raft plates are implanted into the slope protection piles in a segmented mode, the slope protection piles are equivalent to foundation piles, one pile has multiple purposes, the slope protection piles serve as a part of foundation treatment, the bearing capacity of a foundation is increased, after the raft plates are constructed in a segmented mode, the slope protection piles are supported by the raft plates at the chiseling positions of the implanted slope protection piles, construction is convenient and fast, and the construction efficiency is improved. The earth excavation volume is reduced, and the construction cost is saved.
