Through grouting from outside to inside, seepage water can be conveniently and smoothly discharged in time, and grouting continuity is facilitated; the anti-seepage effect is enhanced by arranging the anchoring reinforced concrete layer on the seepage area, and waterproof failure is avoided; grouting holes which are inclined and intersect with the leakage lines are formed to ensure that the leaking stoppage slurry is smoothly injected into the cracks; secondary leakage caused by the arrangement of grouting holes and anchor rods is avoided; the method is suitable for the situation that leakage lines and points are dense.
